Spring Fertility

My wife and I had a tremendous experience with Dr. Zore. She patiently answered all of our questions, expertly guided us throughout the process, and made the experience as anxiety-free as anyone could hope for. She has excellent bedside manner and is truly one of a kind. I highly recommend using her and her terrific team at Spring.

Dr Zore is great, but the operations - specifically the care teams and billing departments are terrible. You have to go through the care team once you are a patient and they are never available to answer the calls - so getting an appointment or being able to talk to them is next to impossible once you become a patient, unless you keep your calendar open for them to call you back on their own timeline.Billing department messed up the code for billing that led to a high amount billed to me, that I had to go back and forth for a year before they did anything about it. All this while, they put me through collections. Again, terrible operations.

We had a wonderful experience with Spring and Dr Zore. Everything was clearly laid out for us, and they handled each one of our questions and concerns with patience and compassion. I had an overall excellent experience at Spring Fertility. The staff is friendly, organized, and efficient. I always felt well taken care of, from my first initial phone consult all the way through surgery and post-care instructions and follow-ups. What I appreciated the most was having a dedicated nurse assigned to my fertility / egg freezing journey; I felt so comfortable having a go to person ready to answer questions, quell doubts, help order medications, etc.Beyond that, the office itself is run punctually, and Dr. Zore always showed up prepared, was generous with her time, and delivered comprehensive and compassionate care. I really felt we were on a team!Other pros: all patients & doctor care teams communicate via an App which made everything organized in one place, which was so helpful when tracking / following medication doses and injection timing.Billing and info packets came quickly -- everything was a breeze. Because of the level of care and professionalism that Spring offered, I genuinely felt the only task I had to focus on was slowing down and paying attention to my general health, while being gracious with my body during treatment. And I had such an amazing team of women supporting me and encouraging me throughout the process at Spring, which made the experience feel more comforting.I highly recommend starting your egg freezing journey at Spring Fertility!

This is an IVF clinic (not a fertility clinic). They do not seem to be set up to support couples to conceive without IVF/IUI. — For example, some clinics give recommendations for clinically proven, supplements and prescriptions to increase hormonal balance, egg quality, and male/female fertility. — But it was clear during our initial consult that this clinic just focuses on IVF/IUI.

A shout out to front desk Rainah Smith! My partner was there around April 4th. She had so much trouble finding the place and was very anxious but this lady was very patient and nice to help her the entire time. Thank you Rainah!
