Planned Parenthood - Medina Health Center

I made an appointment a week prior to the scheduled time. My appointment was at 9 am Tuesday on the 6th, right when they open. I arrive at 9:01 and I get out of my car, I see two people walk in before me. So I make it inside and I stand at the window and fill out the sticker which I notice Im the third one. No big deal I thought since I have an appointment they would call me back first anyway. I was wrong. They called the other 2 people back first. Im waiting for 20 minutes and then they finally call me to the room. They go over the standard questions and then she leaves. I waited another 50 minutes before the girl who asked me questions earlier pops in and tells me, she will be in, in a few more minutes. I asked how much longer and she said ten more minutes!!! I ended up leaving without getting my refill, because I had to be at work at 10:30. What is the point of making an appointment if you accept walk-ins before someones scheduled time???? Completely unorganized and a waste of time.

Excellent service, great care. Made me feel very comfortable for my annual.
