I’ve been coming here on & off for about a year & a half for drug testing! The facility is always spotless! Rylee is always the one who does my testing…she is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel comfortable & is extremely easy to talk to. She’s always friendly, gets to you ASAP & makes everything so easy! I would most definitely give more than five stars if I could! Thank you so much for making everything so easy & comfortable!

Any lab test now in Medina has always been great. I’ve had to come here a few times and I am never here more than 10 minutes. Rylee is incredibly friendly and efficient with her work. She provides awesome service for me every time I have had to come in. She makes any lab test now welcoming!

From scheduling the appointment to getting the actual bloodwork done, this location is the best! Rylee is so kind on the phone and very welcoming the minute you step in the door. She even took time to package the panels I needed from my doctor to get the best price. She talks you through the whole process as she is very professional and efficient.

This location is absolutely amazing! Very clean and inviting. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. This time I was seen by Rylee. She made me feel right at home and is a sweetheart. The lab test itself is fairly quick and you always get your results in a timely manner. I would recommend this location to anyone for all testing needs!

Rylee had a professional and happy personality. Very easy to converse with. Sometimes its easy to feel judgment from others when your being cared for, and this just wasnt the case! She made everybody in and out feel welcome, and treated everybody equally!!

My siblings & I needed to get our dad in for blood work (he’s stubborn as a mule) and I was frantically making calls from out of state, trying to figure out where we could get him in. Each employee I spoke to here was very very nice. I’d like to shine a spotlight on Katherine though. She needs a raise, a promotion, something!! SHE. IS. INCREDIBLE! She was SO kind, thorough, patient, & compassionate! The level of customer service she provides is above & beyond. She’s part of making the difference this world so desperately needs and I hope she knows it. This company should be extremely thankful for her.

The costumer service here is amazing . Rylee helped me and she was super kind and even took me back to get my finger prints done early because I had to get to work . Super nice people definitely recommend.

I signed up and did everything online a few days before, I walked in and they greeted me with a smile, once I gave my name she knew what I was there for, very kind and friendly, the lady who drew my blood was called ‘Kat’ by her co worker but I didn’t actually get her name. She was very gentle, and informative. Great experience!

I have been going to ANY LAB TEST NOW for a few years. The employees have always been very kind ,caring ,polite and professional. Ive never had to wait, in and out in a few minutes. Plus an added bonus is the prices! I have told many people about this place!

My husband and I are doing an infertility blood work up and are using a doctor who is based in Greece. We had several frustrating weeks of trying to find a lab that would draw our blood and let us take the vials with us (to be picked up by DHL from our home). I heard about Any Lab Test Now from a fellow infertility warrior on Instagram and was please to see that the Medina location is only 30 minutes from our home. We had a wonderful experience and so appreciate Rylee making the process so simple and for putting us at ease. So much of the infertility process is infuriating and feels like taking one step back at many times…but our experience today really reminded us that there are moments of happiness during such a terribly difficult journey. I went for a blood test and the experience was amazing. Kayla was excellent. The office was clean and well organised. There was one person ahead ofme and one after. She acknowledged each of us and worked efficiently to take care of all of us. I was done in less than 15 minutes. She was great when taking my blood, no pain or problems.I highly recommend using this lab for any tests you may need.

By far one of the most pleasant experiences i have had in a lab setting or for that matter medical office. So impressed by angela the phlebotomist/ receptionist she handled it all and was so pleasant and greeted everyone who came in with kindness and such upbeat attitude just opening up the office as well. I wish more hospitals and medical offices could take after this facility and amazing staff angela !

This was without a doubt the best experience ive ever had at a lab. The two employees were incredibly kind and personable. Im super afraid of needles and both staff members had me ROARING with laugher so much that I didnt even notice the blood draw. I left in a much better mood than when I arrived. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this lab.

Angela was so sweet and considerate, she was very professional and made the process quick and easy.

Waited a long time to get my Covid test done and and could only take $250 one instead of the $99. But Angela was wonderful. She was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. She was also the only one conducting tests at the time. And even though I waited for 1.5 hours - still quicker than any place for Covid testing currently.

Tiffany was the only associate in the facility. She managed the phones, politely greeted walk-ins, but honored my appointment time before taking a walk in. I appreciated her candor and smile. I am petrified of needles, and Tiffany was smooth as silk. I will recommend ALTN (And Tiff) to others.

Angela is a gem! She handles everything, from check in to blood draws, with a sweet and caring demeanor. She is equally kind and professional, and I felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend!

I came here because my doctor office could not find the right vein to draw blood. Tiffany at Any lab was awesome! She got it right away and it did not hurt. She is so friendly and really makes you comfortable when getting your blood draw! Highly recommend this place.

These people are professional and make this a pain free experience. If it wasnt for extra tests that they package together my doctor would not have known that I had cancer. I was referred here by someone in my doctors office because the prices are so much better than the hospital lab. I have been here 4 or 5 times. Always fast and excellent service. The staff is professional and efficient. The place is clean and well run. Highly recommend.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a lab. I made an appointment online to get a covid test because I wasn’t feel well. I arrive on time and the lady (we’ll call her Karen) gave me the worst possible greeting and stared at me like her brain was fried when I told her I was there for an appointment. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I had to show her proof of my appointment on my phone because she was just so clueless. After an unwelcoming introduction she then tells me they are out of the covid tests… which I made an appointment for. “My guy is supposed to be in soon with more test kits”…. Ok lady ,that’s helpful.Then has the nerve to ask if I want the $250 test haha! I declined and then she asked why I was getting a covid test?? I told her I wasn’t feeling well and she basically told me to take a hike. So yeah, F this place and the rude woman who greeted me today.

I have never left a review for anything before but after getting my first rapid covid test that I was very unsettled and worried about (as my pain tolerance is very low haha) the woman answered my phone call and who helped me when I arrived were EXTREMELY warming and kind and made me feel nothing but taken care of!! Super happy I went here to get it done! Thank you!

Took our daughter there to get tested for food sensitivities. Our four year old didn’t like it at all. But the staff did so well with dealing with her anyway and they were just wonderful! Very helpful people when I called and emailed them.

Not the best but you pay for what you get. i did a three hour glucose test. i told the lady to use the vein on my right hand. she used a vein on my wrist and punctured it twice, which hurt and made the left side of my body swell. i think she punctured an artery which is fine if thats the only vein she had but it wasnt lol. i also had to basically draw my own blood, stick this thing in a tube. it was very nerve wracking and kind of painful. wouldnt recommend this place really and i apologize because the women were so nice they just dont know what theyre doing. my last blood draw, she fumbled with the cord hanging off the needle and almost dropped it trying to put this tube thing in. it hurt my vein so bad. lots of bruising. wouldnt recommend it.

In and out less than 10 minutes and the nurse was sooo nice! Only down side is they dont take insurance... But its pretty cheap I paid $49 for a potassium test and my results will be back in 4 days tops

I recently went into Any Lab Test Now to have some lab work done. I was concerned with how much I would have to spend for my bloodwork. I was surprised and delighted at how reasonably priced the tests were. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, and the facility was immaculate. I had no idea such a place existed - I plan on telling everyone I know about Any Lab Test Now!

10/10. The woman who helped me was nothing but kind and discrete. They don’t probe or ask you questions on why you’re doing this test. Also probably one of the easist blood draws I’ve ever had. Will be coming back in the future

As good of a blood test experience as possible. I HATE giving blood, I have been known to get a little light-headed sometimes, so needless to say, I was not looking forward to this... My experience at Any Lab Test Now with the Medina Team exceeded my expectations. They were quick, professional, friendly and I dont even have a bruise at the entry point. I will going back for any other future tests. FYI - I live in Cleveland and made the 45 min trip to Medina. It was well worth it.

The woman that was there was so polite and personalable. I hate getting my blood drawn but she was an absolute delight and she worked fast. I would use them again for sure

Katherine was both the receptionist and phlebotomist the day I went for my test. She was both professional and friendly. I was in for my test on time, without any issue.

Any Lab Test Now in Medina was great. I was In and out the door when I would normally still be sitting in the waiting room of my doctors office just to get a drug test for my nursing program. I got the results of my test quickly and was alot cheaper then a doctors visit.

The staff was so friendly, sample took 60 seconds in and out and my results were back the next day ! I couldn’t be happier to know the gender of our baby !

Maybe the worst experience I have ever had. I drove an hour to come to this location to get tested for COVID so that I could travel back to college abroad. I looked up the hours on line, came (drove an HOUR) to get tested, only that they were closed due to “bad weather.” I have a flight in 72 hours and I needed this test. Now I’m basically screwed, drove 2 hours for nothing, and have to reschedule my flight. They never posted anything on line, notified anybody, or updated their answering machine that they would be closed today. I had to message them on Facebook to find out. Horrible experience.

I was apparently somewhat dehydrated when I arrived which made drawing blood more difficult. The lab tech was so patient, and set a timer for 10 minutes, then sent me to waiting room to drink water. It was still a struggle, but worked and was able to get my blood tests done!

Don’t go there, don’t send anyone there . Sent employees for the random testing we have to do . Was there for 30 minutes without anyone even speaking to them. Then when she finally did talk to them she was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. From what we saw almost no staff . Send them else where of possible .

I went in for an appointment for some hormone lab draws because Im pregnant, was told to have a seat theyd be with me shortly. This was not my first time by the way, Ive used them before. I asked if I could use the restroom because I have to pee every 5 minutes and was told sorry there is no public restroom. I was livid, I cant even imagine a lab where people have to wait not letting me use the restroom. I told them to cancel my appointment and walked out. Mainly because I couldnt hold it but also out of anger....

The staff was so wonderful! I’m terrified of needles and they made me feel so comfortable. It was a quick and easy test. Thank you!!

The person that did my testing was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable being there. Also received results in less than 24 hours.

My testing was quick and easy. In and out in under 15 minutes. No one can ever find my veins for a blood draw, and sometimes takes two tries. Not today. I’m very impressed. Thank you.
