BE AWARE of this clinic, I had 2 appointments with them that my insurance covered . Then they asked me for $4500 out of pocket to continue treatment that I immediately paid without them even providing an invoice as I trusted them. Well unfortunately I didnt not continue treatment I didnt have any more appointments with them. I requested the $4500 back since no services were never provided. Ive called and emailed their office manager Ivy at first she would say they needed to wait for my insurance to pay them for my 2 visits.Its been 12 weeks I have verified with my insurance they have paid them and I have not heard from them or received a refund. My next step will be small claims court which will require me to travel to Nevada. So Be ware.

I have been seeing Dr Fisch for about a year. I had 3 rounds of IVF and my 3rd round was successful with multiple healthy embryos; I am 9 weeks pregnant. Throughout the long and challenging process, Dr Fisch and his team were great. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Everyone in the office is very kind and companionate and I would hardly recommend this clinic if you are struggling with infertility. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years. Weve seen numerous specialists and doctors, also had many diagnostic tests. I was starting to give up because we werent getting any real answers. I was referred to Dr. Fisch by my OBGYN after 6 unsuccessful rounds of Clomid. After the first few visits with doc he actually found what my fertility issues were, which were treatable and he corrected with a minor procedure. It was SO nice to finally have answers!! After all was good, instead of going straight to IVF we proceeded with IUI treatments first and Femara oral medication. The first IUI treatment was unsuccessful (we were very sad but hopeful) but the second treatment the next month was successful! When I got the call the MA Lindsay was just as excited to tell us we were pregnant as were. To all of our surprises on my first ultrasound I am now 10 weeks pregnant with TRIPLETS!! The dedication, care and compassion Dr. Fisch and all of his staff have are unmatched. I never left without unanswered questions and we always knew the next steps or game plan. They always make sure youre in the loop with your care. Once I was pregnant, they closely monitored me and followed up to make sure all was going OK. The staff from the front to the back are extremely responsive. Any time Ive called with a question or concern they will always call you back, especially with results. HUGE shoutout to the medical assistants, theyve always been incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I mean, this office really has fertility down to a T! Everything we have, we owe to them. If youre in need of fertility care, look no further and trust Dr. Fisch. He and his staff really know their stuff. They even sent us off with a parting gift the day we graduated out of fertility, 3 cute teddy bears!!We couldnt be happier that we found them. We have a beautiful healthy baby girl! Pregnancy took on the third transfer and baby was carried to term and delivered without issue. Dr. Fisch succeeded and without his help we wouldnt have our daughter. Staff is good, especially Lindsay - shes great! Thanks GVFP!

I have been working with GVFP for a couple of years now. My husband and I both had fertility issues as well as age being a factor. Dr Fisch and his entire staff made it their goal to get us pregnant. Finally at my age of 46, Dr Fisch and the dream team got us there. A baby boy on the way. The love and support I felt from the whole staff during the bad and good is not something that is taught by any school. They are truly compassionate about their job and their patients. A friend of mine highly recommended them and Im so glad I made the right choice.Every staff member is courteous, caring, professional and on top of things. My husband and I were trying for a few years and finally decided to look into fertility treatments. We went to a few places that felt very predatory, and then we found GVFP. The staff and Dr. Fisch run an honest and patient centered practice.We’ve been working with Dr. Fisch for three years, and have had many rounds of treatment. Each time, he was patient, clear, and optimistic.After three years, we are now expecting! I am 12 weeks along and all because of GVFP staff and Dr. Fisch!

Green Valley Fertility Partners needs major improvement in customer service and refund practices.After 15 years of hoping for a pregnancy, we went through the IVF process with Green Valley Fertility. My husband and I paid $4,500 for an add-on genetic testing package that we ultimately did not utilize. The IVF process unfortunately ended in a lost pregnancy in February 2023. We were just beginning the grieving process over the loss of our pregnancy, when we contacted the practice manager Ivy Jackson on March 22, 2023 to request a refund for the unused genetic testing fee, she assured us we would receive the funds within 30 days. It has now been over four months and we have still not received our refund despite multiple attempts to contact Ivy. When we do manage to reach her, she is sarcastic, rude, and makes excuses for the delay. She is now trying to deduct charges from the refund amount for services we were told by Dr. Fisch would be included with no additional fee.Despite our negative experience with the refund, the medical staff at Green Valley Fertility were amazing, kind and comforting during our care there. The doctor and nurses showed great empathy and professionalism. We would highly recommend Green Valley Fertility Clinic for their medical care, if it were not for the refund issue we have been having with Ivy Jackson.The clinics failure to honor their commitment or respond appropriately, especially from Ivy, is causing immense emotional pain during an already devastating time. and this issue with the refund is making it even harder for us to process our grief and move forward. We cannot recommend Green Valley Fertility Partners until it improves its refund practices and customer service on the business end, in order to provide the compassionate and professional care their patients deserve.

Dr. Fisch and staff went above and beyond! My husband and I highly recommend this office. He has a great bedside manner and is highly attentive to detail. He takes his time during each apt and is always available on his cell. This was a very stressful experience for us - his office always put us at ease. We had a successful pregnancy on the first round of IVF! His front desk staff are great! Amy is very helpful with explaining how to do the meds and the calendar for meds. All of his staff are extremely caring and accessible at all hours of the night. I have referred many friends and they all love the office as well! My wife & I are coming up on 10 years of marriage and decided to reach out to Green Valley Fertility Partners in the hopes that theyd be able to help us start a family. My wife called their office and was asked her age. When my wife told the receptionist that shes 44 years old, the response was WOAH, yeah, um, Dr. Fisch is going to have to get back to you later! A few hours later in the day my wife spoke to the practice manager (who is not an MD)and was told with certainty that she is going to need an embryo donor. There was no mention of an HSG or other type of diagnostic screening. My wife happens to be an MD and medical director. We experienced two very uncomfortable interactions in one day from an employee that couldnt contain her own reaction to a clients age and a practice manager that felt the need to tell us that we cannot conceive without the help of a donor. These were very poor customer interactions and a very tactless way to treat people that are in need of fertility assistance.

Dr. Fisch and his team are amazing! Very patient with us, explained everything, they dont pressure you into anything but explain the options and probabilities.With their help and prayers, we now have a baby on the way!We will forever be Grateful to Green Valley Fertility!

Staff and Dr are great. Able to communicate with staff by phone specially email was always easy for me since I worked a lot. Dr Fish is very forward on his communication and will always answer questions IF asked. I feel some people can take that as not caring but for me I don’t mind the blunt and direct. Successful in 2020 and 2022. I Always recommend this office for any fertility needs and it continues to be a Center of Excellence Facility.

I cannot say enough great things about Green Valley Fertility Partners. My husband and I went to two other fertility clinics much closer to home when we began our journey and they were horrific and just overall a bad fit. We found GVFP and from my first phone call it was immediate comfort. They got me scheduled quickly. Our first meeting with Dr. Fisch was great. He spent at least an hour with us just explaining everything and answering our questions. He was very honest about his recommendations to us on the route we should take and was very up front about the costs and what that journey might look like. We signed our contracts in February and even through Covid another reproductive health issue came up and he immediately brought me in and took care of it. Every visit we were treated wonderfully by everyone. I never waited long to be seen and I never waited more than 24 hours for a call back or email return. EVERYONE was wonderful from the receptionists, to nurses, to office staff. We knew the journey wasnt 100% guaranteed but we were blessed to have a successful transfer and we are now expecting twins and we couldnt have gotten here without Dr. Fisch and his staff. With any fertility treatments, a woman needs to be as comfortable, stress free and relaxed as possible and all I can say is this office helped me maintain that where the first 2 certainly did not. So happy we made the choice to go with Green Valley Fertility!

I cannot recommend this business enough! Not only did they give us our little miracle but they made the entire emotional process so much better. We struggled with infertility for years. IVF was our last resort before we threw in the towel and accepted our childless fate. It was terrifying at first but Doctor Fisch put us at ease. He explained the entire process and kept us informed throughout everything. Everyone there is fantastic. From the front receptionists to Amy that goes over the medication...everyone was kind and was immediately available for all of our questions. We have been a patient of Dr Fisch for the past few years. We had ups and downs throughout the process of timed, IUI and finally IVF. The doctor and staff were patient with us and answered all our questions. My wife would send an email or call and receive answers almost immediately. It may have taken awhile but we finally got our little miracle. This is a great place to go to for help with infertility, but be aware that even though you might be spending a large some of money, it doesn’t always work. We are lucky to have a daughter and we owe it to the staff at Green Valley Fertility.

Well well where to start as a mommy of boys i always dreamed of a girl and when i heard about ivf i didnt even know it was a thing.. my partner and i decided to give it a try and oh my did it work yes it did. if i could do it all over again i would but im happy with what i have for now my liddo princess thanks to all the staff they are very very grateful and honest im happy my baby is about to be 5 months already. this happened 1year ago and i recommend friends to come see him because he did great im happy i did research and research till i found this office and im more then happy i came here never give up because miracles do happen😌

We love Dr. Fisch! My husband and I didn’t want to freeze any embryos and Dr. Fisch listened to our request. He was very understanding and made suggestions on how to go about the process with thawing my eggs and fertilizing them without freezing any embryos. Doctor retrieved 30 of my eggs and 28 were matured enough. Out of the 28 eggs we thawed out 2 eggs and both made it to be fertilized and both also made it to fertilization and decided to do a 3 day transfer. I am now 11 weeks pregnant with twins and I was release from Dr. Fisch’ office at 9 weeks and 2 days. Our experience with Dr. Fisch has been really great and easy and I would totally go to him again. And all the staff were friendly and amazing. So, we thank you for everything!

My overall experience with them is always excellent everytime I go there for an appointment or follow up. I found them through my insruance. I called different fertility clinic and they charged for consultation but with Dr. Fisch they dont charge which already gave me an idea that this doctor is not after with my money. He gave us hope to have a baby. Explained thoroughly the process and how my age and my body affects the IVF process. Way back 2013 we did IVF 3 cycles from Red Rock but nothing happened it was not successful pregnancy. I kinda gave up already and accepted myself that I wouldnt have a chance to be a mother. But when I consulted with Dr. Fisch he explained to me that we still have a chance to conceive. Currently right now I am 10 weeks pregnant. I am so thrilled and excited to meet my little angel. One thing that really stood out with Dr. Fisch is that after he transferred the embryo to me he gave me little prayer and tummy massage which I feel deeply in my heart that he is not just a doctor but a human being. The staff are so nice too. Im afraid of needle but the lady that always take my blood is very gentle and very nice. Shout out to Lia one the staff she always ask me if I am okay if do I need more time. I recommend this clinic to all people out there that is trying to conceive baby with the help of science. We have been fortunate to have been patients of Dr Fisch for over two years. We first saw him at another clinic, prior to him founding Green Valley Fertility Partners. He has been amazing in so many ways. I am an MD myself and appreciate his knowledge, compassion and expertise . Weve had an incredible experience with everyone at Green Valley Fertility Partners. We started our journey in November of 2013 and tried unsuccessfully for over a year. Since my husband and I arent getting any younger, we decided to start out with another clinic that was recommended to us by a family member. I wont get into those details, but Ill sum it up by saying we felt like a nameless, faceless product on a conveyor belt - just getting pushed through the baby factory. We discovered Dr. Fisch in a Baby Center thread in January of this year and we are so grateful! I followed a few ladies through their entire cycle with Dr. Fisch, which resulted in a few of them getting pregnant and I knew that was where we needed to go next.Dr. Fisch spent almost an hour and a half with us the first time we met with him. It was obvious he had studied my chart from the other clinic and he went through every detail of why I wasnt getting pregnant and what we would do to make our dream of baby Clifford happen. We appreciated his confidence and while we didnt follow all of his advice - like how we purchased two cycles (a dream option for IVF), transferred our two embryos, and we worried! He was right. We only needed one cycle and were having twins! I wish I could post photos here of our miracles that are due in November. God is working through Dr. Fischs office! We cant wait until our graduation ultrasound tomorrow (at nine weeks five days) and to bring our babies back to meet him.Everyone you come in contact with in that office is so interested in who you are as a person, what else is going on in your life, and understands what youre going through. I doubt any other office has a nurse that would text you back at 11 oclock at night when youre panicking about something that probably didnt deserve panic. Amy, Emily, Suzette, Juanita, and Jay - we are grateful for every single interaction that made this the most amazing experience. We will never be able to thank them enough.

First for the logistics, the office is very nice and the entire staff is friendly, helpful and supportive. We never had problems with scheduling convenient appointment times and the wait time was always within 5 minutes of what was scheduled. Anytime there were questions with insurance or billing the Green Valley staff took care of all the leg work in calling the insurance companies and getting approval if needed. Questions outside of appointment times are answered quickly by email or direct contact with Dr. Fisch.Dr. Fisch is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about fertility issues. The whole staff, including Dr. Fisch went above and beyond in providing exceptional care. Dr. Fisch provided medical care beyond what may have been expected of him in regards to my fertility treatment to increase the chances of successful pregnancies. Based on our experience Dr. Fisch takes great pride in his work and pride in providing successful care for his patients.We also had an opportunity to move out of state and one of the deciding factors with staying in Las Vegas was having Green Valley Fertility Partners located nearby. I highly recommend Green Valley Fertility to any family that is having issues with fertility.

My wife and I have been trying to have children for almost ten years now!! Dr. Fisch and the entire staff at GVFP is exceptional. They are attentive, kind, knowledgeable and accessible. They call and follow up on the weekends, are available to answer questions regarding medication in the evenings and work with their patients busy schedules when accommodating appointment times. I cannot say enough about Dr. . Fisch’s expertise and ability to make his patients feel at ease. We had consulted with two other fertility specialists prior to working with Dr. Fisch and we immediately felt a connection to him and his staff. Dr. Fisch worked quickly and didn’t waste anytime beginning treatments. I highly recommend GVFP.

Unfortunately, I had to quit my fertility treatments early. I had four failed IUIs and felt that my treatment wasn’t personal to my fertility journey. The staff was plenty nice but the lack of communication is what really drove us away. Whenever I would call, I’d rarely get a call back and would have to call again the next day (or even two days later). The original consultation was very informative but after that, it was hard to get our questions answered when we had them.

Dr.Fisch is a great and very knowledgeable doctor and his staff is very nice and helpful.I came here about three months ago and Ive always felt comfortable at all of my appointments. So I am going to appease both. Let’s get started.Dr. Fisch and the rest of the staff at Green Valley Fertility Partners (GVFP) from the nurses, finances, embryologist, front office, and anesthesiologists get five stars for their medical proficiency, compassion, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.My wife and I went to GVFP slightly apprehensive, but after our first in person meeting at the office we were out at ease and actually optimistic. One thing the staff did to reinforce this feeling was how they made each of themselves so easily accessible. We were able to text with the chief nurse, Amy, when we had a concern after office hours about our medications. Another example was how Dr. Fisch took our phone call on his cell phone during Thanksgiving dinner when my wife had a concern over a fever. To say the least, they always went above and beyond to make sure their patient is at ease every step of the way. These examples are not exceptions, rather are the norm at GVFP.I highly recommend to any one reading this and contemplating going with Dr. Fisch to stop hesitating. Go with GVFP. They produce results and are a joy to take this journey with.

This group is fantastic-I came from austin for baby #2. They welcomed me with open arms-supportive and friendly. They helped me achieve the miracle of a baby -and at 51 years old. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY... SERIOUSLY...I seriously dont understand how this place had a 4 star rating, theyre rude and not compationate at all. My experience has been horrible since the minute my OB sent the referral to this office. It took them a month to call me back and Mallory who is very rude and dismissive refused to book me an appointment until I filled out the paperwork, I had to take time off of work to go fill out the paperwork only to be rushed. Then I wa a told she would call me the next day to make the appt which she never did, I had to call back 3 days later after not hearing from anyone...Finally got a phone consultation appt not even an actual appt, and to make matters worst it was a month out... A week later I receive a call from rude Mallory again this time demanding for my partners contact information. I kindly explained to her that I will be the only one being checked on because my OB wants to check my egg count and my fertility percentile, and that nothing will be done to my partner at this time, she wasnt to happy about it but I though that would be the last of it... Only to get another rude call the following week from again, rude Mallory demanding once more the contact info for my partner, I explained once more why I would not be providing his contact info. She was not happy and said that her Manager would be calling me... I missed the call so I called her back just to be confronted by another rude lady demanding for my partners contact, I explained to her why that was not necessary and that what ever test need to be done will only be done on me, and that his contact info is not necessary... The manager then told me in a rude manner that they I should look for another facility... Why... because I refused to give info that was NOT necessary... Your danm right Ill be going somewhere else...

We signed for two embryos transfer. But they only did one . Didnt bother to double check my files . First one embryo transfer failed .refused my access to my own file . Second time two embryos transfer, failed as well .
