I recently had the pleasure of visiting Genesis Lifestyle for my hormone therapy needs, and I am thoroughly impressed by the staffs level of knowledge and expertise, particularly in managing testosterone levels. From the moment I walked in, I felt confident that I was in capable hands.

Eric is great to work with! He is compassionate and thorough, and not afraid to talk about the hard stuff. He is helpful, not pushy and really knowledgeable about what he is talking about. He is passionate about his job and it shows!

I have an upcoming appointment with them that I will be canceling as soon as they open Monday morning. These people have my phone number and have done nothing but send me texts and call me multiple times a day before I even have my first appointment! They woke me up on my one day off; Saturday, with a 7 am text. If you make an appointment with them; prepared to be constantly harassed!

With many options available Genesis has been my choice for a cpl years. Most clinics treat you like a number whereas Heather is incredible and always makes you feel special and a valued client.

Bad business! After being a “patient” for over a year and losing about 15 pounds previously, I was coerced into starting a new medication to take my weight loss to another level. I paid over 1,700 for a 3 month supply of Semaglutide and was told I would lose AT LEAST an additional 15 pounds. Well after week 6, I started to feel like I was given a placebo. Every weight in I would voice my concerns about the medication not working and possibly being defective but was only gas lit and prescribed a higher dosage of the same vile. In the end, 8 pounds heavier and pretty much where I started a year ago I requested a refund. I was given a 1 month supply of phentermine (a value of less than $200.) So now I’m out of $1,500 and nothing to show from it. They never even answered my email detailing my dissatisfaction and request for reasonable compensation. I plan on filing a complaint to the federal trade commission and state for their bad business practices.Side note: After deciding to be done with this office I’ve found that the prices at Genesis are ridiculously inflated (especially for the lack of service and no refund policy that magically appears when you’re not satisfied). You can actually get better bang for your buck elsewhere in the Valley. SHOP AROUND

Really good spot. Ive been to two of their locations. Theyre both excellent, but this is my favorite one so far. Its clean and professional. Their solutions actually work. They helped my wife with a years-long problem that her doctor failed to treat. Genesis had it fixed completely in about three weeks. They also did a great job on increasing my test to a reasonable level without going insane.I wish I could give them six stars.

I’m editing my 5star review which was only done because they offered free injections if I did so. I’ve been coming since November and I am down to my goal weight. Yay! Now for the bad stuff: the appointments are quick, they give ZERO instruction on anything. Thank god I’m a nurse because if I wasn’t, I would know how to take the medication they give. They give zero insight on healthy lifestyle, even when you buy the bigger packages. The NP comes in in your first visit and that’s it. Nobody checks you, nobody congratulates you when you lose the weight, they worry about getting you in and out. Zero insight on healthier living or anything. They give you the shots and don’t tell you when they are, thankfully we asked because we were supposed to get injections, well they failed to inform us that they were mixed into one shot. They lack educating their patients/clients. They constantly “forget” to book our appointments, even when they say as we are leaving, “I’ll put you in next Monday for the same time again”. Not worth the money, you don’t get what you pay for. The staff is nice, but not worth $500+ for three months worth of pills and shots.

1. The service, they are amazing always2. They deliver, I ‘ve lost 30ish lb so far with little to no effort (5 moths so far)3. Trust, they do constant bloodworks and followups !

If you serious about losing weight go here!! They have the best doctors and staff there! My beginning weight was 202 and Im down to 167 in just 3 months. The staff here really care about there patients and they are so nice. Your appointment are always on time and never waiting.

The doctor, not a REAL doctor but a PA, is unprofessional and should keep his voice down when speaking negatively about patients - me. I heard all of his smart remarks and remember this behavior from before.They were responsible for addicting me to Phentermine for OVER TWO YEARS, yes, monthly filled prescriptions for 2+ years, no break, fact, and after that said hmmm were concerned about your health. You took the thousands of dollars I spent though before dispensing all those pills. The PA who appears to be having roid rage behavior needs to keep his voice down.

Amazing place. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and easy to have conversations with. The doctor listens and understands concerns. He is very realistic about how much you can expect to lose and how long it will take to meet your goal. The front staff always accommodate and I get in and out in less then 15 min. I just finished my third weigh in and I have already lost 11 lbs! Always willing to support and answer all questions. They also have super affordable extras if you think you made need just a little extra boost that week.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and make you feel comfortable from the start. Jasmine is the sweetest. They personalize things according to you, you aren’t treated like just any other patient they actually care. It really is a lifestyle change. I have always struggled with my weight and especially after 3 kids it began to get harder and harder to lose with there help encouragement and knowledge the weight is finally starting to come off. I feel more focused, energized and sleep better. Highly recommend this place!

Very Unprofessional and a waste of time. Came to this location because I had an issue with the first location scheduling. Told them I was restarting the program and they never told me that there was restrictions of food and drinks That i couldnt have before coming in to do a blood pressure check. They told me to come baxk same day for blood pressure check. I did it wasnt low enough. They wanted me to come back again left me in a room waiting for someone who was never coming and was forgotten. I live 40 mins out and already came back 2. Horrible service and would recommend people go elsewhere.

Everyone at Genesis esp at the Henderson location have been exceptionally kind, considerate, and very easy going. Everyone always welcomes me inside with a big smile and even if theyre understaffed or really busy they continue to be patient and kind. Theres been a few times Ive had to reschedule appointments and they are always able to accommodate with ease- they even have phone call followups on appointments too. What I really love though aside from their personality is that the staff is very well informed with what they do, like every member can answer any question I have regardless if its their specialty or not. Radford was very professional during my botox treatment and my results came out beautifully. Would recommend over and over again!

I had a 3 month treatment done here at Genesis. I had my nerves torn from my shoulder, (brachial plexus injury) the treatment itself helped stimulate my nerves and helped regrow some of my nerves. It did not recover my motor nerves back, but it did for my sensory nerves. (Still progressing) My injury was very severe, so I understood the chances of the outcome it had. I feel better after my treatment physically and mentally. I may not be back to 100% but in time I hope I can be, or will be able to be back at a higher outcome. Overall I had an awesome experience here. The staff was amazing, all very nice, knew what they were doing, & made each visit as comfortable as possible. I will be back thank you for all the help.

I was a new pt getting Botox for the first time. I had the Groupon for 50 units. They up sold me to 64 units. The male nurse practitioner came in attempting to try to get me to by more Botox. I did not buy anymore than 64 units at $500. It did absolutely nothing. They did have me come back for more Botox which I was very grateful for. I went back 2 weeks later and a different female nurse did more Botox. She was nice, informative and professional but it still did absolutely nothing. Do not go here for your Botox because you will be giving them your money for nothing.

The staff are all are helpful and accommodating. Jasmine is patient, kind and answers my questions. Rad’s shots are painless. He is very personal and takes the time to listen and answer my many questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Just ask me.

I came in for a consultation and was warmly greeted by the front staff. I filled out my new patient paperwork and was called in shortly for my consultation. My nurse Jenny was awesome. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything they have to offer and let me know what to expect. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. After getting my body fat results I was a little ashamed but she assured me I wasn’t far from my goal and said they would push me to achieve my goals. I am looking forward to my weekly weigh Ins. I instantly feel motivated to get my body back. The nurse practitioner at this facility is amazing as well. He went over my goals and expectations. He let me know I’m not far off from my goal. I definitely plan on trying out the cool sculpting after my first month. My goal is to lose as much weight and get cool sculpting for the stubborn fat.

Great experience so far everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Im on a weight loss journey of a lifetime lol and I like that they dont pretend, if they can answer my question they do if they cant they dont. I have been coming here for the past month and lose an total of 5lbs. The dr told me 6lb-8lbs is normal. I,personally, did slack off due to the holiday and my new work schedule but have been able to maintain my diet. I will be incorporating exercise this time around and will write another review. I went to Genesis to see if I was a candidate for stem cell therapy. I met with the Doctor and he spent a great deal of time with me. I did not feel rushed or that I was bothering him. In the end he explained that I did not need stem cell. I felt he was honest and had my best interest at heart. While there I did inquire about the weight loss program and was immediately sold. Extremely horrible appointment system. Very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I also had an appointment set and never got a reminder for the appointment until the day and time of the appointment. I tried calling numerous times and could not get ahold of anyone. I finally I went in today and was told that my package expired and I would need to purchase another one. There was no sort of resolution offered even after I presented the text message to show what happened.

First time here and I will say the experience was amazing from beginning to end with Hamudi. He really was so sweet and warm. Made the check in process smooth and stress free.

I started the lipo B12 shots once a week no weight gain no weight loss. The next week I double to 2x a week in a week i lost 2lbs and muscle mass went up and bmi went down from 24.2 to 23.8. i am sooooo happy. i am now going to add ALA injections once a week and will inform you. I signed up in Dec & was given one pricing....the 2nd month prices went up & company did not honor what i was told in the initial consultation. They used that a sale tool to close the deal and dont follow thru offered prices even tho i have it on paper. Why wouldnt i just go to somene else with same or lower cost?? Heather at Washington location was rude and i even sent them 3 people proir to all this. They kept blaming it on Corporate and said it was corporate fault for changing the rules. This is a perfect example of hirrible customer service and bad business!!!!! I even called Horizon location and both just point fingers at Corporation.
