Health Xpress Medical Center

I came in today for a referral for back pain and I was seen immediately with a short notice appointment. The front desk lady and the doctor who saw me, Cristy O’Connell, were both very welcoming and friendly. I was in and out within about 15 minutes. This is my second time coming to health xpress and both times have been great. Thank you!

Im new to Las Vegas, I went to see them for the first time for my sprained ankle. After the initial vitals were taken, the assistant came in ready to draw my blood. I was like, why do you need to draw my blood when Im here for my ankle? The assistant didnt know the answer and went out to find out, then came back to tell me thats the process. Im like, no, Im not ready for a blood test, Ill do that another time. A few minutes later, the NP aggressively opened the door to the room, looking very upset, seems like how dare you deny our protocol kind of attitude telling me that since its my first visit, this is part of the process. Then I asked her, shouldnt I fast first before you draw my blood? She stuttered at that point, basically agreeing with me and thats the end of it. As she looked at my sprained ankle, she barely touched one swollen area with the tip of her finger, then quickly reached for hand sanitizer. I felt like I have some kind of very infectious disease or something. She failed to look at other injured area of my ankle and just asked me what do I want and ran a list of pain killers that she can write a prescription for. What the heck! Im not a doctor, shouldnt she tell me what I need?! She didnt give me any advice on how to care for my injury. The Urgent Care doctor that I went first was much more attentive and gave me great advice on the care and exercises I should do. I dont think this NP even know anything about it.I would have given no stars to her. 2 stars because the assistant gave me better advice from his personal experience and eased my worries.

Express means express- great providers for basic health needs. When making an appointment availability is good but the receptionist needs to say what office they are booking me at. I don’t live within 5 miles of any of their offices but like that it’s run by nurse practitioners.

If I could give more stars I would. My wife and I were both patients. They are very LGBTQ+ friendly. Every person in the office from receptionist, medical assistants and the medical provider were friendly, helpful, accommodating, efficient and thorough. The medical provider explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly and thoroughly. I plan to go back to use them as my primary care provider as well. 10/10

The absolute BEST such a welcoming and caring experience. The staff is incredible to make you feel comfortable and happy, drew my blood with no issue on finding a vein and not even a single pinch of pain. The doctor was very professional and helpful, honestly I can not recommend this place enough and Dr Cristina

Cristy O’Connell never disappoints. She is the reason why I keep coming back to Health Express. She is compassionate, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I trust her and I am so grateful I found her!

Front desk has always been pleasant. Of all of the providers, I only book an appointment when I know I will see Kylie. She has a level of empathy that is informed primarily by patient needs. I really appreciate her feedback and guidance. Ill continue to use this clinic for urgent care needs because she is a wonderful provider.

I went to the Health Express on a Friday when other doctors and staff closed their doors. I needed to see Christina about possible Covid situation. She prescribe a medication which did miracles for my cold and other related symptoms. She was interested in my needs and took the time needed to talk to me. She was available while my normal doctor was closed on a Friday. I was impressed with her knowledge and her medical training. Yes, I will go back with my aches and pain because I believe she will give me good advice and help eliminate issues that other medical professional here in Nevada are too busy to care!Thank you, Christina.

Im always apprehensive when i need to find a new PCP...I moved to Henderson from West Hollywood recently and Dr. Kulback was the closest to my home. I did read her reviews at first and found it concerning...but then I realized it was only 4 total reviews and thats misleading, so I gave it shot. Ive seen her a couple times and I have to say shes one of the best doctors I have had in my life....and Ive had a lot moving across from NJ, NY, LA, Tulum, Mexico City, and Vegas. Shes very direct, informative, listens well and provides clear feedback. She seems to go the extra mile to answer questions and generally the whole office is really pleasant!Im very grateful that I found a solid PCP office and Doctor so close to home!I recommend this office for sure.

Scheduled appointment today at 0930 hrs. The clerk quickly took my name and told me to have a seat. Four (4) people came after me, and the clerk nicely checked them in and brought them to the back. After all, he finally checked my insurance and information and finally checked me in. Soon after I received a text and email saying my appointment was updated to 0955 hrs. I was curious as why all those people who came in after me were checked in and myself pushed to the corner and told to wait. The clerk then decided to tell me that my appointment was at 0955 hrs. Yes, because he pushed me to 0955 hrs.I felt completely disrespected for my time and effort to be on time for my appointment and decided to cancel immediately, as I believe that such little regard for my time is concerning, I can’t imagine what would be for my health. Though I imagine, that my skin color wasn’t ideal for the regular crowd I saw in the clinic. 10925 S. Eastern Ave.Thank you.

This place provides excellent service when not overwhelmed. I hope the management recognizes that doctors need adequate time with their patients to avoid miscommunication. The staff is usually amazing, but Ive noticed many new faces recently, and it seems challenging to maintain the same level of service during busy times.Ive revised this review multiple times. After my latest update following my visit yesterday, I received a call almost instantly from my provider to clarify the situation. I appreciated the effort to resolve the miscommunication and was prepared to update my review again as soon as we got off the phone. However, during the call, the phrase bashing the clinic was mentioned, which surprised me. My review was not meant to be malicious or directed at anyone personally. I now worry that the clinic might be upset with me, potentially affecting my care.My review was mentioned to her in passing, as she told me people communicated the review to her, and she didn’t have time to read it herself. I wish she had been able to read it and know it was never directed at her before receiving the call. I truly believe she would’ve understood that I was standing up for her and her team, not trying to ruin the clinic’s reputation. She would also know that prior to her phone call, I was already in contact with others, and the clinic manager had finally figured out the miscommunication and misunderstanding leading to the situation.If we were able to communicate on the phone effectively before I realized she was aware of the review and seemingly upset about it, she would know I was already understanding and prepared to change my review. However, I had to try to resolve the issue first, as it was Friday, and Medicaid needed to be spoken to, and one of my medications was never sent to my pharmacy, so I had to wait.I only saw my provider for about 20 seconds that day, and I am completely empathetic to how much stress she must be under, seeing so many patients alone. If anyone from the clinic is reading this, please know that I did not intend to offend or harm anyones reputation. My goal was to express my concerns constructively.I was excited to be put in her care because she genuinely shows concern about my situation when she is allotted the time. She does not deserve to be spread out as thin as she is because that leads to these misunderstandings.My frustrations were not with her, but with the lack of communication due to the pressure of seeing so many patients on her own. That is not in the staff’s hands, but with whoever is higher up and allowing this to happen. I would’ve appreciated that phone call not because of a review, and I still hope that wasn’t the reason for the call. I understand why my provider must be stressed, and there should be a better way for patients to avoid the miscommunication that leads to negative reviews.I apologize if my review was misunderstood. My health is CRUCIAL for the well-being of my son, and I hope this situation does not affect my care. I hope you understand my perspective and recognize that my intentions were never to hurt anyone or the reputation of your establishment.EDIT AGAIN. I have received no follow up and no communication, my pharmacy never received the medications I need to avoid and be able to handle the stress of my situation, I am about to be left on the street with my son with my health declining and the referral makes no sense but there’s no communication, I think they took my Google review to heart and if that’s the case, I stand by what I say. You as my primary said that I needed to see a neurosurgeon that’s not what was given. Your office manager told me as an office manager that you were going to communicate with Medicaid and me, but never received follow up and I am left to assume nothing was even done.

Horrific communication, the doctors spent more time chatting to each other in the hall before eventually just refunding me because they were unable to help me get a simple pre employment physical and refused to do any effort besides waste my time. I’m shocked at the lack of effort at this clinic.*after reading further 1 star reviews I see this is how they are with multiple clients and I have to wonder what the trend is (and if what I look like/the color of my skin) take into account the services (or lack thereof) received. Dr. Cristina was also my doctor and in the brief 10 seconds I saw her the way she spoke about what I came in for felt extremely demeaning and dismissive. Still sitting here shocked at the treatment.

My providers Cristy O’connell & Kristina Kulback are amazing. They are both straight to the point with what you need to know and get whatever needs to be done, done. I’ve had this clinic as my PCP for a few years now and the care has always been top notch. I was recommended this clinic by one of my colleagues and i’m so glad to have found this place. I’m always in and out with no issues and I appreciate their kindness and time. The guy at the front desk as well as the the lead medical assistant that drew my blood were also awesome!!!

Everyone was friendly and professional. The process was seamless and straightforward, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Cristina is knowledgeable and was patient while providing clear insight to my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this urgent care facility. Despite feeling under the weather with a terrible cold, making an appointment online was a breeze. To my surprise, they took me back on time, which was a huge relief. The provider who attended to me was incredibly sweet and showed genuine compassion towards my condition. What really stood out was that they didnt rush through the appointment, instead, they took the time to listen attentively to all my concerns. Its evident that our community needed a reliable urgent care, and this one truly shines above the rest. Highly recommended!

Easy to get appointment. Very helpful. Prior to going, I went to the ER where I had to pay a large copay and received no help.

Feeling under the weather, I have just returned from my appointment at Health Xpress located at 11201 S. Eastern Ave.Kristen Gutierrez/front desk - Service with a smile, Nice! A+Kimberly Kenney/medical-assistant - Gathered vitals, Friendly! Kim A+Paolo Corpuz/medical-assistant - Therapy, Friendly! A+Christina Kulback/lead nurse / supervisor - Efficient, straight to the point! A+I read all of the reviews before I chose them. Most of their low rated reviews are from people that wanted more sympathy. Since I mainly wanted to get better and didnt care if they offered sympathy, I decided to give Health Xpress a shot. They did not disappoint! I am at home starting feeling better already and happy that I chose them for my medical visit. I would definitely return again the next time I am in need of medical professionals.

This is by far the worse place and worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk is extremely rude and also unhelpful. I would not recommend this place I’ve had to call so many times for them to do the simplest things like send me my medical documents I dropped off and send me to the right specialist. It’s been months now !

Cristina is awesome. She takes the time to listen to you and really wants to fix any medical issue you have, not just put a bandaid on it. I recommend her to all friends and family.

Some good, some bad. Today was not a great experience. Took our daughter to get a sports physical and, admittedly, we were missing two pages related to the sports physical (three pages altogether). The assisting med tech indicated that for our school, it was a 3-page medical portion. He was correct.Drove back home to retrieve the two missing pages. Upon return, the NP (Cristina), now became insistent (and short) that she needed the remaining 6 pages of the student registration packet which had NOTHING to do with the sports physical...zilch. OK, why wasnt that mentioned initially? My husband emailed the front desk (Haylee was very courteous) the entire student registration paperwork...guess what, not relevant or needed.My suggestion, if you need a sports physical with minimal hassle & attitude, go to CareNow at Eastern & Horizon Ridge and save yourself a headache and $25 off the $60 charged at HealthXpress.

Great experience with my visit!Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean environment and I was seen quicker than two shakes of a lambs tail.My provider, Cristina Kulback, listened to my needs, was attentive to my symptoms and provided above and beyond care. Her bedside manner was second to none. She took extra time to research my condition and find the best possible treatment course. She reduced my medication intake from ten meds to two. All while making me feel better than I have in the last six years. You’ll have a good laugh with her poorly executed idioms, but outside of that she knows what she’s doing! 10/10 would recommend Health Xpress to my closest family and friends

Heres for my community who is looking for a doctor I do not recommend to come to Health Express I did a video call and paid the $50 the front desk Christina called back and said the doctor was busy and she will give you a refund as I called back one week and spoke to another front desk different lady may be Haley and she said she would have to ask her manager after me getting information for Ryans email and I asked politely in an email for my $50 refund. Because I never had the telemed call I never received my refund back I will never go back horrible experience horrible experience

I have been there the last 4 time and havent even seen christina … i jumped thru all her hoops to be seen like changing cardiac doctors and doing whatever she asked for to just disredgard my complaints about my diabetes .. then she says she will send me to a specialists which teo weeks later nothing and she doesnt refill my scripts .. so my diabetes was getting under control and my a1c was dropping and now with her its shooting right back up .. i would stay away

Clean facility, nice staff and fast accurate appointments. Went there for urgent care initially and was very impressed with them, previously went to CareNow, and Health Xpress is 10 times better! Now they are my primary care.

Stay away from this place. Office staff is rude. The doctors dont listen and when they make a mistake they dont own up to it. I was given a referral to a specialist, made it very clear what doctor I wanted to be referred to. 3 days later I got the referral but they sent it to the wrong doctor. I go in the office to fix the issue and get an attitude from the staff. It has now been 3 weeks since I was given the referral and it still hasnt been sent to the correct doctor. I will be filling complaints with the state, as I have everything documented including my office visits.To the response....Yes I was given a referral however it was sent to the wrong doctor. So we are still waiting for the referral to the correct doctor. Seems like your office didnt like that I was irritated after it went to the wrong doctor., and are now retaliating against me. I have video showing your staff admitting it went to the wrong doctor, and also a phone call recording. Please just send the referral to the correct doctor and you would be done with me.

The wait time today, Monday afternoon, 3/11/2024 was pretty long ... over an hour ... but other than that, the service was top notch. APRN, Cristina Kulback presented some very sage counsel and information that no physician has ever provided for me before. She explained clearly to me how my current prescription works and how a different one would work better in my case. She replaced my current prescription that I had been taking for years with an even better one.

I have been going to Health Express for two years now and its the best medical care I have received since I moved here in 2020. Cristina Kulback, APR is so Knowledgeable, Compassionate, and Patient and explains everything from your mindset to your physical health. Shes on it and so is the staff! I highly recommend going there. They are more than urgent care they are a medical provider!

All of my interactions with nurses and reception staff have been great. Everyone is friendly and kind. 😀 quick and easy to schedule appointments

Keep in mind when they say the are a primary as well as urgent care each provider will decide as your primary appt if it is primary or urgent and even then they will decide if your prescription is for one time, 2 , never 3 , 6 never 12 , on a Thursday the providers might only work Monday , Wednesday, Friday, please do not ask the front seat to send them a refill request they can not send them a email on the days they aren’t working or working , the front desk does not have an email for them, you must call back on only the days that provider works so the front desk can ask them in person as they out you on hold , when they are with a patient and you can wait.

3 stars to be fair. front staff and MA are very nice. It is different with the provider, Cristina NP. I did not expect being her as a team lead of this organization in such a bad mood, did not even bother to smile nor greet me as a patient. I dont expect to be treated as a VIP. I was here today to establish care, and for insurance reason I have to meet a goal for incentive to see a PCP for annual exam. I thought it was only me, but reading the reviews, it seems it has been the issue and I guess nothing is being done. I am curious if there are certain group of people she is nicer? I cant comment about how she cares about her patient, but I certainly believe she do based on the positive reviews here. But I am mortified that for the first time, I have encountered such a non-accommodating vibe from a provider. I find it alarming as well how the company respond to the reviews on here. Very condescending, gas-lighting even, and unprofessional. Reviews should be taken as an opportunity for improvement. I will never coming back here.

The consultation was on the phone. The call was not good quality, I could hear the doctor clearly. I had requested a full blood test and only one item was tested. I requested in person to the doctor during the last visit and it was not done.

Cristina Kulback is always prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable, she remembers details of my medical history and my personal health needs. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Cristina is the best primary doctor I ever had and everyone else that works there are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Don’t be fooled. The assisting staff is great but Dr Cristina here is Demeaning and Not considerate of patients needs. I’ve visited 3 times and had the same inconsiderate experience. I did not get any help or medical advice, did not have my medical concerns addressed and felt psychologically manipulated or medically gaslighted. The pain and suffering of her patients means nothing to her. Every time I visited, she made me like I’m a burden or an annoyance and that I’m being rushed and interrogated without any solutions given! I don’t typically give 1 star reviews and I love supporting people and empowering women, so I tried giving her a chance to bring up my concerns with her privately via the feedback message. All 3 attempts, she messaged me back 3 times with the same manner of inconsideration professionally gaslighting me and then she fired me as a patient!Looking back, I wish I had paid attention to all the real reviews that warned about gaslighting behaviour and no bedside manners, which they try to drown out by the fake 5 star reviews that that they have posted on here.Health care? More like she doesn’t care! And many people on this page have attested to that.

IGot an appointment very easily.Check-in was fast.Vitals were taken within 5 minutes.Dr came in about 5 minutes later. She is into trying to work on healthy ways before medication. I very much recommend this office! Great experience 🌹

Usually, I would never write a review like this, but I believe everyone should be held accountable. The purpose of this review is not to shame anyone but to spread awareness of the service I received. I met Kulback Cristina and right from the start she was rude and gave me attitude. As I shared my concerns about my health, she was dismissive of my concerns. There was no empathy, and her bedside manner was very unprofessional.  I’ve had great experiences with the rest of the staff so Im hoping to switch providers to give this office another try. Again this post is just to inform in hopes for openness of criticism and willingness to change.

I had an outstanding experience at Health Xpress Medical Center. Their location is so convenient (Eastern location), and their facilities are clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They genuinely make you feel like they care about you and your well-being.The medical team is phenomenal. Theyre incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and well-informed.However, I did have one issue with the answering service. When trying to make an appointment, my call was disconnected three separate times. When I finally got through, I was put on hold for so long that nobody ever came back. I would definitely recommend booking appointments online instead of dealing with their phone service. Im only docking one star for the answering service issue, but otherwise, theyre fantastic!

Cristina Kulback definitely listens and truly makes you feel like you finally found someone who understands you. She follows through with her total knowledge and experience in the medical field. The staff there are all amazing too!

The staff and medical professionals especially Cristina Kulback APRN, FNP-BC on my first visit was truly remarkable as I ended up having a medical emergency. Not only did they show compassion and care. They were through and truly listened to all my concerns as well as dealing with a stressful situation. They made sure to edcate me and explain everything that happened and truly made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to go here since they actually care about getting to the root of your concerns.

Cristina was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. After explaining my symptoms & concern of what it might be, she sent out panels for multiple tests rather than just what I was worried about so we could get a bigger picture. And thank goodness she did because that’s how we found out the diagnosis! Definitely recommend.

They have a receptionist her name is Chirstan I told her I needed my medication 💊 and she could care less she showed prejudice and more and I didnt yell at her I have our conversation recorded and then u go and blacklist me without helping proving the care that u speak of wow ok Ill just talk the lawyer because I have a recorded conversation of me talking to her she isnt pleasant at all

My son was visiting with his 3 year old son. His son was not feeling well and was running a fever. After a few days he took his son to Health Xpress to make sure his was fine to fly home. He called to make an appointment. The appointment took hours which happens. What concerned him the most was the lack of professionalism from the nurse. He did not trust her diagnosis. My son was there at 10:30am. He explained he needed to make a 5 oclock flight. She said she would call in the Rx immediately, which she did not do. When we got to the pharmacy the pharmacist called and Health Xpress they said it will be called in within an hour. An hour later they called again was put on hold, but no one ever picked up. My son had to move his flight just because this place not organized and is not a quality care facility. This place is bad news considering going some where else.

Cristina was 11/10 in terms of knowledge, bedside manner, sharpness, willingness to take time, and carefully explaining my situation and a treatment plan (for sciatica). My wife and I are now going to make Cristina our primary care provider. Very impressed.

Today was my first time going to see Cristina as my new PCP. And I have say that she is very friendly and helpful. Also Ill say that Megan and Paulo were both very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Best doctors and staff I have ever experienced in Vegas! Finally a great practice with informed feedback and quick response time! Everyone is so nice, super caring and easy to get in for appointments. Plus they play great music and are super trendy. Love it here!

An update to my stellar review. Continue to get billed for god knows what. I realize this is possibly an insurance issue, but I normally go in, get charged a $15 copay and thats it. Because someone took 30 seconds to look in one ear, not both....I keep getting random bills. Why this isnt covered is ridiculous!

Cristina is quick & to the point. Doctor conversations can get so uncomfortable and make me anxious- she gets straight down to the issue & how we can resolve it.

Wonderful clinic with knowledgeable and kind staff. I feel like there is no issue too big or small to take to them. They take the time to explain and make sure everything is clear and that you understand. So many people fail to seek medical attention because they’re worried about being dismissed, but you can absolutely always ask this team their thoughts. You never feel dumb or paranoid and always leave feeling reassured and better educated about your health. I feel in control of my healthcare here.

Beware! I liked this clinic in general. I like the provider I have seen several times over the last 2 years for various reasons. The start of my concern was when I got another medical insurance. Noone seems to know what to do with dual insurance. Sometimes my copay is $15, sometimes $25, sometimes no co pay, one time it was copay plus $100. Over the summer I had several tests done. I made it clear that I was concerned about the price. I was explicitly told by the provider that she would run these specific tests rather than those because they are covered by insurance. Some tests werent even specifically what I needed but was told its all covered so why not. Last time I was in, I was told they arent using that lab anymore because patients were sent bills that they werent aware of. Now, I have bills totaling over $500 from this lab. So, they clearly know they didnt tell patients and made patients think they would not be billed after. I called to inquire and was told that I signed a financial agreement agreeing to pay lab fees and what not. I would have been more careful with allowing certain tests to be ran had I known I would have a bill from the lab. I feel like they are trying to get around paying this bill by saying I signed an agreement. They know I didnt know about this and are now using a loophole to get out of doing the right thing and taking care of their patients. This is the last straw. Between all the pushing for cash pay and now this, I will find a new office. Sad, because I really liked Christina.

It was my first time here and I had a lot of anxiety. The staff was super friendly, check in was fast and easy and the doctor and nurses were absolutely wonderful! I really hate doctors visits but this place puts me more at ease.

I’m being kind by giving them even 1 star, as they really are nice, however, they are a business and put their money before their patients, which is what happened in the case of me. Patients shouldn’t be required to pay copay after copay to give the PCP a run down on what the specialist says. And if the PCP has an issue with how a specialist is treating the patient or the lack of care the patient is receiving, the PCP should make the effort and get on the same page as the specialist instead of sending the patient to pay more copays to get answers from the specialist and pay more copays to give the answer to the PCP. Last year alone, I spent over $100 on appointments HERE to deliver news from a specialist to my PCP and that seems crazy expensive to me. I know the problem starts at the top with the US Government, but shame on them for expecting me to dish out copay after copay to “stay healthy” and “take care of my health”. What they really mean is pay money for the bare minimum and hope for the best. American healthcare at its finest.Did I handle myself poorly? Yes. Absolutely. But they did too. Period. Are they nice? Yes. But are they kind? No. Not at all.And it turns out they gaslight you instead of addressing the exact problem if you speak up about them on Google reviews!

Fantastic place! brand new, clean. went for my annual and it was very fast and easy. They did the blood draw in-clinic which saves time not having to go somewhere else. Both my husband and I went together and we were done within 30 minutes.fast, clean, friendly!

I was seen like the doctor was in a hurry. The visit felt very rushed and like she did not care. I saw Cristina. They sent out panels in November and I have not been called with results. The front desk was welcoming but the doctor was not. Bit upset I haven’t been called with results so I will visit the office tomorrow

I mistakenly showed up 2 days early, however I was still accommodated to be seen despite my error. That isnt a common thing these days. Dr. OConnell was thorough with questions and her explanation of steps that need to take place regarding my visit. Aurora(sp?) greeted me when I first arrived. She was kind and attentive during my entire visit. My experience confirmed that I made the right choice in picking this facility and Dr. OConnell.

It’s always been hard for me to find a doctors office I like. Haven’t found a good place since I had a pediatrician as a child. Cristina is amazing!!!! She listens and is very thorough with you. The clinic itself it’s absolutely phenomenal as well. There’s absolutely no wait in the initial time that you arrive. This will definitely be my primary doctor from now on. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

I’ve been seeing providers at Health Xpress for a few months now, I have nothing but great things to say. All the team members have been exceptional. They listen to me, they answer my questions, they allow me to discuss my thought process regarding my health and experiences and make me feel heard and validated. This has been the only practice that makes me feel like I’m being supported through my medical and health journey and not just dismissed out a revolving door.

Cristina Kulback and her team at the Eastern location have been great! Quickly helped and no wait time. My husband and I have visited here twice now. She is now our Primary care physician. Blood drawn in office and very professionally done with no problems. Cristina clearly explained our bloodwork to each of us and provided answers to our questions. Thank you for making this an Express Service location but with professional guidance!

I thought the employees were very nice and helpful. The facility was very clean and I was very happy with the appointment.Next day I had blood drawn, the lady was very engaging and talked with me the whole time keeping me occupied as Im a little nervous when it comes to needles.Cristina was amazing!Feeling much better after todays visit. My choice was Dr Christian KULBACK . boy, do I regret choosing her as my primary . I came to her with some medical issues. First time I saw her She was blaming my issue on my breast implants. Which I may agree on, but the fact that she never even did any test to see if my implants are leaking how can you just come to that conclusion ? She just assumed that’s where my problems stems from and said you need to remove them.! Secondly, i came to her with some rare issues that she assures me, I don’t have but instead she wanted to refer me to a psychiatrist and wanted to put me on psychotic pills ! lol even though I showed her proof of my problem showing her pictures and video of my symptoms and she said “I believe you believe that’s what you see lol ! I was like really biotch you are denying actual video and over 100 pictures of my condition ! Only reason she can’t admit what I have is because the CDC won’t even admit this diseases . f she was a better doctor-she could at least say, let me take some samples and test them to see what you have .. but nope never even offered . last time I saw her, she seemed very dismissive, and I felt she was gaslighting me .This entire office is full of very very young PAs all doing very very minimal when it comes to real disease . This my opinion so health express so don’t get all defensive coming on here bashing me for it! Take the review like a man lol ! But on the positive side if you need oxygen therapy or testosterone therapy or Ozempic that’s right up their alley! All I got to say is thank God for holistic doctors and going above and beyond for patients since doctors just can’t see past big pharma and $$$ !

I can’t say enough about the care I received today. I have been struggling with COVID symptoms for over a month since my initial 10 days of COVID. Dr. Cristina listened to my complaints, did her exam, and came up with a plan to help me manage these symptoms. She took her time explaining what was going on with me and reassured me she could help me start feeling better. She provided some treatments in the clinic and I’m happy to say I am feeling better. Everyone at this office was friendly. The receptionist was very sweet and kept each person updated as to when they were next. The facility seemed clean and they even did my blood draw there and that was a breeze. The practitioner was understanding and said we’d go over everything together. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because I had to wait about 45 min or so to go back to a room with an appointment, but things happen and this is also a walk-in clinic. Everyone was super apologetic about the wait and kind throughout the visit. I’m grateful to have found this office and will definitely be back.

I like this place, it was not crowded and very efficient, my NP knew exactly what my son had by just one look into his throat. She said to take the antibiotics she is prescribing and if he doesn’t get better to come back in a couple of days, she suggested we do a culture on him and I asked how much is that, she replied “I don’t know but it’s usually covered by insurance” I told them to do it, it was a good call since my son tested positive for 4 different viruses so we had to change the course of antibiotics. I gave them 4 stars only because they sent the culture to a lab that was out of my insurance’s network and the cost was $1,000. But they corrected this by only charging me $125 for the 4 positive results. This happened without me having to call them. I’ll update this review if they come after me for the full $1,000. But after all, very happy with the service.

Great service! Gabriel, and Aurora are gems! You could tell they were very busy but their smiling faces and positive attitudes was a relief to be around during my check-up. Aurora draws blood like a seasoned PRO. Barely felt anything going in and out. AJ was also very pleasant and informative regarding my visit. Have made Cristina my PCP and very happy about it.

Always prompt to greet me, wait time is short and the Drs are very professional. Communication regarding billing could be better. I’ve sent numerous inquiries about a past bill with no reply.

I had a minor health issue and, of course, couldnt even get through to make an appointment with my primary care doctor. So, I went to Health Xpress on Eastern and it was very clean, quick, and easy. If not for the (minimal) onboarding paperwork, I would have been in and out in 30 minutes. The medical care was very good and we agreed on a treatment plan. Very easy to talk to the staff and I felt seen which isnt always the case in some medical/hospital situations.

I like this place a lot. Have had some bad luck the last few months and ended up coming here twice. Both times I was impressed by the speed of service and the doctors knowledge and course of action. Doctor was friendly and willing to talk to me for a few minutes to make sure my questions were answered. Highly recommend this location and Cristy OConnell

The BEST experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office!!! We’ve all been to those offices who clearly overbook their schedules. When they finally do get you to a room, you’re waiting AGAIN! NOT HERE! There was zero wait time and the staff was so friendly, warm and made me feel comfortable right away. It also happens to be mostly a one-stop-shop! No sending you out for bloodwork and labs. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I established primary care with Christina and I wish I could give more stars. I felt that my needs were met and I have never experienced a doctor that actually listened like she did. She was completely honest about medications and I greatly appreciated her input on it. I’m glad I made my appointment and I am definitely going to stay!Edit as of 4/11/23-I have decided to change my review based off my last recent events. The first event happened with medication where I should have been prescribed 3 months worth and only had 1 month. The next event happened just last week where I was told that I would receive 2 referrals, one for a specialty care and the other for a procedure. Now I called to see when I would receive the procedure referral and apparently there is no documentation in my chart in regards to this referral. What irritates me the most is there were literally 3 people in the room with me as I explained what was going on AND when Kulback stated I needed the procedure for my ankle. I either have to make a new appointment to pay another co pay or I’m SOL. This is very upsetting and what if something was really wrong, would I have to keep going back?

Great experience! Ive had a very difficult time finding a primary care doctor here in Vegas..let alone making an appointment the same day. I was running out of medication and was able to be seen after work. My appt was quick and efficient. Everyone there was really nice. I was initially just going for my meds and then to find another doctor but this is going to be my doctor. Plus is really close to home!

Avoid this placeAfter paying $40 co pay I was seen by NP Jamie for a cough I’ve had for months! The worst experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying something coming from a 61 yr old. She only wanted money! Before even doing an exam, let’s me know that if I don’t want to make them my primary and get blood work, chest e ray and covid, strep, flu tests$$$! She couldn’t tell me if blood work would be cover by insurance nor did she care. Couldn’t even take the time to have it checked! Oh, and she’ll give me decadron for $50. A script for it would have been nice so I could use my insurance! Unprofessional, worthless and waste of my time and MONEY!! Seriously go somewhere else, anywhere else!

I have to say I have been extremely happy every time I see Cristina Kulback. She’s kind honest and she really makes me feel like she understands everything I’m asking and always gives me her honest recommendations. I’ve been to other offices in Las Vegas and by far her office is the best and I highly recommend her.

A nightmare not only do they overcharge you and then you get a surprise bill that can even lead up to last year.They also don’t tell you they run their test through out of network providers before they changed.They also are just uneducated, they need to better structure their facility, their billing and their customer service and even the front desk.

I have visited the new location off of Durango and now the Henderson location. First off let me say how amazing my experience has been. After going through Covid, and many doctors who gave me the runaround, Dr Cristy O’Connell has been nothing short of amazing.She listens and is determined to find out what your symptoms may be coming from.The check in process at both locations is easy, fast, convenient and all of the staff members have been professional and caring.They take insurance and this has been an amazing experience overall. They are my new Primary care and I recommend to anyone who needs to be seen and not have to wait 3 months to see someone, and for a team who cares about your health!

Nice, Clean facility. The staff was amazing.I have elected to have Christy as my PCP (even though she does not yet take my insurance, she is worth paying the out of pocket for the visit for) She is awesome at explaining conditions and answering any questions. I never feel rushed. My daughter has also made her her PCP (she does accept her insurance). Highly recommend!

I had an amazing visit today with provider, Cristy OConnell, FNP-C. I have a very tight work schedule and was relieved to have found Health Express Medical Center who offers telehealth services. I scheduled my appointment during my lunch break and being my first telehealth appointment, I was pleased at how simple the process was to get connected. Nurse OConnell answered all of my questions and addressed all of my medical needs. Talk about professional and efficient.Must mention - Everything that was discussed was processed immediately. I needed refills of my medications and it was processed the same day with no issues. Its time for a mammogram and colonoscopy - a referral was emailed to me immediately. And, to make things even better - the cost is affordable.Thank you so much!

Cristina is amazing. She cares about her patients and will always choose to do the right thing. She has helped me tremendously in reaching my health goals and she truly cares. She is up-to-date on all the newest treatments and has no problem having real conversations with me. I have also seen Cristy too and she is one smart cookie. Excellent health clinic for walk-ins and non-emergency care, such as routine labs, general health checkups for colds, flu, etc. You can make an appt. online and the availability is good. I had an appt. at 8:15 and was promptly seen by Cristina Kulback. She was kind and explained all options for my sore throat and tonsils. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. I would definitely come back to Health Xpress Medical Center for additional care, especially since it is so hard to get doctor appointments these days.

I had an accident out of state over a weekend and I had to follow up with a primary care within 48hours. At the time I didnt have a primary care. Xpress was able to get me in the same day. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I got Cristina Kulback as my physician and I definitely got lucky, she is amazing and now my primary care physician.

I was not happy with the way this office treated me. I needed a 7 day course antibiotic and they gave me a 3 course day antibiotic in which we discussed and agreed on a 7 day due to the fact that this is what I have been prescribed prior. 3 days will do nothing. I called the office and explained my situation and they would not budge on the three day course. The only reason I came here was because the other urgent care had a very long wait. I should have just waited and I would have been given the proper care and proper dosage of medication. This is horrible practice and I will not be back. On top of that, I felt the PA was in a rush and didn’t want to listen to my history. Shameful.

I had an appt with Ms Hannah and she was great! I felt that she was listening to me and my concerns and didn’t feel rushed at all. She was very kind and I really appreciate her time and value input on everything !

I was able to be placed into a room in maybe 15 mins.Cristina Kulback was friendly, listened to my situation, and asked appropriate questions to help with a clear and concise treatment. I visited the new Spring Valley location. Super easy to schedule appointments, and the appointments are quick but thorough. Dr. Cristy is very knowledgeable and you can tell she cares. The front desk staff and other medical team members were also fantastic!

They deceive people. They charged me $100 for the visit, but the doctor immediately said that she would not prescribe me any medications. I called in advance and clarified the information. I told her about my illness and what medicine I needed; they told me that yes, the doctor would prescribe this medicine. They lie and profit from peoples misfortune. These are scammers!!!

The entire staff is just wonderful. The insurance claim process is flawless. They explain everything in a way that you can understand. They help you understand your blood work and how you can make improvements that you can relate to.

Front desk clerk was quick to get me signed in and to the back to be seen by medical staff. From walking in the front door to walking out it was less the 35 min. Hope I dont have any other health issues but if I do I know where I will be going.

The receptionist named Brittany at the front desk is extremely rude and dishonest she kept saying she was going to transfer me to the front desk and the front desk never answered. So I went and drove there and low and behold Brittany is the front desk ignoring our phone calls. Once I was there she acted like her job was so hard…it is not my fault you can’t do your job which includes sitting on a chair and answering phones for majority of your day! I am going to be changing providers thanks to this horrible encounter and thanks to Brittany

Wish i could give minus stars! I have been more more than patient with this place. I initially gave them a bad review but gave them a chance to make it up and they appeared to do better at 1st. But then after my second visit they prescribed a medication my insurance did not cover but they would not do a prior authorization so I could get it. My pharmacy faxed them 4 times I called them 3 times and then finally I got the medication over a month later that insurance would cover. It is sn important medication for my health too. But they did not want to do the work to do the prior authorization to get me the medication they have prescribed initially. Now Im here at their office to get checked out after having pneumonia and I called an advanced to make sure they were open and that was OK to come in and was told yes, well they are closed and Ive got here by 4 PM and theyre supposed to be open until 5 PM. I highly do not recommend that anybody come here for services it is hit-or-miss and the 1st time that I came it was an awful experience. Still I gave him a chance and they did little better but now I am going to make sure that I not only post this review but that I post it up on every social media that I possibly can because this is ridiculous.I will make sure everyone I know snd they know are aware of the very bad service here.

Came in as a walk in late Sunday afternoon for a massive headache an their NP Christina Kulback was fantastic, she explained everything thoroughly and ordered meds that gave me nearly instant relief. The front desk/MA was also awesome, friendly, fast and kind. Highly recommend.

This is not the first time I have used Health Express Medical Center. This time, I fell on my face and had an open wound right near my eye. I was bleeding profusely and did not want to sit bleeding in the Emergency Room for six hours. At Health Express I was taken immediately, the bleeding was stopped and Cristina Kulback stitched up the wound. Today, the stitches were removed and I no longer had to shun people. I was treated at all times with compassion, respect at the hands of the capable and experienced Cristina Kulback. Health Express will ALWAYS be my choice if I or any of my family near instant care,

I rarely write a negative review, but this Dr office has very BAD Management, I had used for Covid rapid tests a few times, and I saw that they offer Hydration Therapy, so I paid for a Service and was told I had to wait, as I was not feeling well, I had to leave and could not wait more than 25 mins, so I asked if I could use the credit another day for the Vitamin Infused Hydration Therapy that I previously paid for, and was told no problem. Then 3 months later I called in asking of I could come in and use the credit and get the therapy and was told they have a new software system and would call me back, they called me back and said yes you may come in. I left for a long overseas vacation and when I came back I was jet lagged and called again asking if I could make an appt to come in and get the Hydration B vitamin therapy. I was told yes, but this was a different CS person and they had to call Mgt , as no notes in my file about the credit, they had Mgr look in the Medical Achieves and approve that I had already paid for this Therapy and said that was fine, So I arrived with an APpt made, see the Dr ready for the therapy and but now they would only offer me a credit towards the Plain Hydration Therapy, not the B-vitamin infused therapy more expensive that I had paid for. The Dr agreed that the regular plain IV therapy was not going to make me feel much better., I should pay the extra $80 for the Vitamin B infused Therapy. I was upset that they are ripping me off to pay again for something I already paid for. I told them I am not going to pay extra, I prefer to get a refund at this point, I was refused a solution, so I went ahead and emailed them in Oct 17th /Sept 11and Nov 12th 2022 and Was told Mgt would get back with me, called 2 times and No solution provided. They stole My money and provided no service so I should get a refund, they wasted my time to come in and leave with no service as well. I will pay my Atty to write a legal demand letter to request my refund now, as this is ridiculous, I just cant stand to see that a Professional office thinks its oK to take my money and orvide No service !!

This place is a GODSEND!!! I have received the worst care in Vegas over the past 6 years at other clinics. This is the BEST Medical Office I have been to in Las Vegas and they are now my PC! She was so helpful and listened to my horror stories and made me feel so good when she got mad at the care Ive received. Within 30 minutes, I had blood work done, all referrals sent to my email, RXs sent to my chosen pharmacy and my follow up appt scheduled. If you are looking for a GOOD Dr., Look no further!!

This office does not keep your records. I called to cancel an appointment a week before and they send me a $25 bill for no show. The young guy at the eastern location doesn’t follow up or make the appropriate notes on your account. Be careful here

Cristina was absolutely amazing with my 5 year old daughter who had a pretty big splinter stuck in her foot. After trying at home, and having a traumatic and unsuccessful experience at a different facility, a mom friend pointed me in Cristina’s direction and I’m eternally grateful. I have already shared my experience with my other friends who want the kind of care that Cristina delivers ❤️

Went in without an appointment, small copay, quick service. My pharmacy got the prescription before I made it home. Overall, it was an excellent visit.

I was a walk-in for this place and was able to get in asap which was nice and the only reason Im not giving this place 1 star. I was referred to get an CT STAT scan and was told that after I completed it they would call me with results. Its been a month now and even after calling multiple times with the promise of a follow up call back I still havent received anything. So with that said if you need a prescription for a cold or flu this is the place if its anything else serious or requires a follow up dont hold your breath.

Very simple process to make the appointment. Once there, everyone was friendly and the service was quick. As far as quick care locations go, this is a 20 out of 10! Highly recommend!

I went here to get a COVID test done to fly home to Germany! My 9 year old daughter was getting tested as well. Brittany was the one that took care of us. Very friendly, clean office and we were in and out. She sent me a email the next day with the results as stated on their page. I think their price is very fair for the service as well. I googled quite a few places and this was the place that honestly had a turn around for the results of a COVID test without you having to pay with a arm and a leg!Thank you for being awesome! You guys rock ☺️

I wouldn’t recommend this place for your Covid testing. My mom had to miss her flight because this place gave her a hand written test result. My mom didn’t know better so she accepted it. I had to go in with her the next day to ask why they would even think that this would be okay after she told them that it was to travel out of the country. The manager agree that she would never do that mistake but said she can’t be there to watch her staff and their mistakes and that it was my moms fault for accepting it. They were so upset with me because I had left them a bad google review before coming in. After fighting with the owner she said she would just type a new result up with a new date without testing my mom. I asked them to do the right thing and retest her for free since they cost my mom $600 to rebook her flight. They didn’t want to do a rapid test because that was too expensive for them so after being called out for being unethical the owner agreed to do a lab test but only after saying I would change my review. So I did, but only to help my mom get what she paid for and to makes sure they wouldn’t delay her results. Don’t trust them with your testing.

Cannot get tests results in a timely matter. They have had the results since 9-27. Today is 10-3 and they are not in my file. Last times it took 4 calls before they found the results.

My daughter had her EKG with Palo the medical assistant today. She was nervous going in to it, but Palo was very gentle and kind.

I am so glad I have finally found a doctor who actually cares and wants to help! Thank you!

I went to Dr. OConnells Health Xpress Medical Center for covid test. The experience was pleasant and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient! Dr. OConnell and her staff are absolutely wonderful and kind! The waiting wasnt long. Provider CRISTY O CONNELL, is the one person at this Primary Care Clinic/Urgent care that you do not want to encounter. She was so rude to me and my 69 year old elderly Mom on her urgent care visit. She was rude and used a tonality that should not be permitted in any professional setting. She provided absolutely no professional courtesy, and I question if this is the field of service she needs to be in. You are here to serve the community not disrespect it!

DO NOT GO HERE! I called to set up an appointment for testing and advised that I did not have insurance, I was paying with a FSA card. Once I arrived to my appointment I was asked again for an insurance card which I stressed that I was paying with my FSA card. I completed the testing and paid thinking that I was paying for my visit and the test.3 months later, I received a bill in the mail totally unexpected from a lab. No one mentioned at all that I would receive a bill at all. The bill was $1600! When I reached out to the owner Christy, she basically did not admit to any faults of her employees failing to mention this but said it is common knowledge if you have ever had testing or primary care labs done before in your life.Ive never had this issue with anyone previously and have always been told about any expenses upfront. The receptionist told me this has happened multiple times with other patients. Its also a coincidence that 2 individuals that were responsible for telling me about a bill are no longer working with them. This company is not honest and I would not trust to go there ever again.They are lucky that this took place prior to the new Rule per the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Which protects consumers from surprise medical bills. They are the reason why this is necessary! Its time to take accountability for your actions and not pass the blame. Every patient should be made aware of any charges expected!You can respond to these public post but still not rectify the situation. Please have some decency and reach out to me as opposed to trying to look good by apologizing. I still have a bill for $1600.

Was my first time at this establishment, found them to be very efficient and thought Cristina and the other doctor/nurse practitioner that saw me did a great job and I didn’t have to spend a whole day there trying to be seen! I will be returning when needed.

I love this place! Always fast easy and can always get in touch with someone. I eork in medical so I am not always able to take off work but with them I dont have to. The whole place is fantastic and I recommend them for everyone who asks!

I would highly recommend Healthxpress. From the minute I walked in, I received a friendly greeting by Kyla from the front desk. When I mentioned getting a COVID test she was able to explain the two options available along with the cost allowing me to make an informed decision. I was brought back to an exam room which are very clean. Kristin, the MA walked into the room and introduced herself as well as explaining about the COVID test we would be doing today as well as when the results would be ready. Christina was very knowledgeable of my health issue and she provided several treatment options. The one I chose worked very well. If Health Express starts to accept my insurance, I will have her become my primary care provider.

This is my third visit to Health Express… Christina is just such an outstanding NP… she took the time to sit and discuss my symptoms and how they are related to COVID… I wish my PCP took the time to exam and speak to me . This is a top notch place to go if you are sick or simply needing a COVID test. If you are lucky to get Christina to exam you then count you blessings.. every one is good but there is just something about Christina that I related to

I started coming to this medical center last year with Kulback and every visit has been great. Thankully I dont have a critical illness that requires doctor visits often but the times I have been in, I have left with answered questions and/or medication as required.

First of all , opens on time, very clean place and very knowledgeable stuff . Went in for a Covid-19 test for a flight requirement to Europe. Britney was super friendly and helpful. She explained everything so clear that even my father that speaks little English was able to understand and communicate. Doc was fast and polite . We made it to our destination.!!! Thanks to you all at the H.X.M.C .

Dr. Kulback and her assistant Kristin were outstandingly accommodating. The whole team, including the receptionists, were extremely helpful. Pleased to have stumbled upon this practice.

I had to pay for an extra test due to false reading pretty sure cause not enough blood was used. And got jabbed little more the I wanted to for a blood sample. Other then that they were really amazing and nice

I wanted to go to ER but my symptoms were getting worst and this was the closest to home. They were extreme polite, every single one of them and treated me extremely fast. The location is clean and the personnel professional, kind and friendly.

Got COVID-19 PCR tests here for travel to Canada. $160, no appointment required, results the next business day. Very nice and helpful staff, and one of the only places we found where you could speak to a human on the phone.

My daughter needed treatment - we just walked in and were in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone is really friendly and the doctor was quick and to the point!

January 2022 I had 2 covid tests done for 2 of my kids. I Paid cash and was told my health insurance would reimburse me . However my insurance company needs additional information and this place can not answer any questions even though I paid this place and the tests were done here! They say call our billing. Ive left so many voice mails to return my calls as my insurance has done too! Here it is 7 months later and still nothing!!!!

This was the first place in 4 days that I was able to walk in and get a rapid Covid test within 30 minutes. It is a self pay only for Covid testing and I needed results today which totaled $250. Very unfortunate in a city where everyone is struggling to get tested, insurance is covering these test, and right after the holidays - I cant afford to go and get another one if I needed to at that price.

They were very nice there and helped try to get me some answers as to what is going on in my system. The Medical Assistant Paolo was very good and so nice.

First, I would like to start off with the time you spend in the waiting area. Once, your appointment is confirmed, and before you even get comfortable to sit, you are being called to the back to be seen. This is exceptional service! You dont get to see the physician right away, but you are put in a comfortable environment where it is clean, and if you need to charge your phone, like I always need, there is an electrical outlet for you to do that while you wait. Then, comes in the medical assistant who comes to check your vitals, confirm any changes in medication, and so forth. From there, it is just minutes before you see the doctor. This past Monday I suffered a traumatic neurological experience in the office which required me to be taken to the Emergency room. I want to take this this time to thank the whole staff who helped me through this traumatic experience, and I am forever grateful, and I am so glad I chose Health Xpress Medical Center as my number #1 choice in providing my medical needs.

Staff is always professional and welcoming. Wait is minimal and the medical staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable.
